1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HYVE Tribe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Each person may only maintain one account.

3. Subscription & Billing

HYVE Tribe membership is $12.00 USD per year, billed annually. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Tier System & Perception Assessment

Your tier is determined by the Perception Assessment. Tiers affect content visibility and platform privileges. The Platform may adjust tiers based on community behavior (vibrational awareness). Tier assignments are final until your next scheduled assessment.

5. Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant HYVE Tribe a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.

The Guardian monitoring system scans content in real-time. Content flagged by Guardian may be removed without notice. Repeated violations result in tier demotion or account suspension.

6. Anonymous Identity

The Platform assigns you an anonymous identifier (TRIBE-XXXXXX). Attempts to reveal other users' real identities or circumvent anonymity protections are strictly prohibited.

7. Live Streaming

Live streaming is available to Tier 11+ members. All streams are subject to real-time Guardian monitoring. Streams violating community guidelines will be terminated immediately. Recording or redistributing other users' streams without consent is prohibited.

8. Vibes System

The vibes system (good vibes / bad vibes) is a community feedback mechanism. Abuse of the vibes system (coordinated mass-downvoting, vibe manipulation) is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HYVE Tribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification.
